Graphite Gasket Sheet

Flexible Graphite Gasket Sheet or Laminate is made with high purity flexible graphite reinforced with metallic or non-metallic inserts. This is one of the most ideal gasket or sealing materials in the market. Flexible graphite provides excellent sealing properties, while reinforcement insert provides extra strength for high pressure applications, and better handling strength. There are two basic insert bonding types: adhesive bond and mechanically bond (metal tang clinched).

Working Temperature Range:
Oxidizing Environment, such as air: -400° F to 950° F (-240°C to 510°C)
Mild Oxidizing Environment of most gasket applications: -400° F to 1500° F(-240°C to 850° C)
Non-oxidizing Environment: Up to 5400° F (2980° C)

Product Applications

Graphite sheet laminet is an ideal sheet gasket material for most industrial fluid sealing applications. It is resistant to corrosive chemicals, high temperature, and high pressure. Can be used in refineries, chemical and petrochemical plants, paper mills, mines and other industrial fields.
